I am the owner of Sahara Mediterranean Grill and wish to address some of the ongoing online chatter surrounding an incident that happened at our restaurant last week.
A customer felt their order waiting time was inappropriate and that they were treated in an unprofessional manner by an employee. Let me assure you, I take this very seriously. The employee involved in the incident is no longer at our restaurant. We work tirelessly to meet the expectations of our clients.
As an independent business owner, I’m proud of the reputation our restaurant has built for the quality of our food and our service. I care very much about our customers, as do our employees.
I’ve been disappointed to see comments on this incident from individuals who have clearly never been to my restaurant. I invite all of those who have never visited us and weighed in on this discussion, to please come by and meet us. I think you will find we have outstanding food and care deeply about our customers.
